TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL ONLINE MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE:

1. Your login credentials for the Mortgage Center are not the same as your online banking! Remember your credentials--you will need these to eSign documents and upload supporting documentation to your loan file.
2. If you are submitting a joint application, it is best that each borrower use a separate email address.
3. Each borrower will be required to create a Mortgage Center account. The individual submitting the application will create their account when submitting the application.  The joint applicant will need to create their own Mortgage Center account by accessing the link provided to them via email once the application is received and processed.
4. You will need an authorization code to sign documents.  Your authorization code will be provided to you once your application is submitted and it will not change throughout the transaction.
