Q How long will NetTeller be unavailable during the 2015 upgrade?
A Our upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday July 11th at 6:00 pm and may take as long as 12 hours to complete. This means that NeTeller may be unavailable until at least 6:00 am, Sunday morning.
Q What happened to my www.Bluestem.com website link?
A For the past six months, if you used www.bluestem.com to reach our website, we redirected you to the Bank of Pontiac home page for your convenience. We are now finding it necessary to shut off this feature. In order to access the Bank of Pontiac website, you will want to change your bookmarks/shortcuts to www.bankofpontiac.com. The old shortcut will display a "page cannot be displayed" error after July 15th, unless the shortcut is changed.
